Information You Provide

We obtain information that you provide to us directly through the Site, which may include personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other personally identifying information you choose to provide us. We also collect information from you when you seek to contact us, register for an event or hands-on training, or otherwise fill out online forms on the Site.

We may obtain personal information from you when you choose to email us, whether for general contact reasons or to submit original ideas to us as per our Submissions program. Personal information in such emails may include name, e-mail address, address, phone, fax numbers, and information provided in your cover letter, story arc synopsis, art pages, and in the body of the email you send. As Submissions are facilitated via email and not collected through the Site, personal information you provide in your emails to us are not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected Automatically

In addition to information you submit to us, we may collect certain information using automated tools such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs (collectively “Tracking Technologies”). The types of information we collect automatically may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, language preferences, referring URLs, timing and length of visits, and pages viewed.

Contests and Promotions
